El presente proyecto de factibilidad tiene como objetivo principal, la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la comercialización de miel de abeja 100% natural en una presentación de frascos de 300 gramos fáciles de comercializar, ubicada en la parroquia San Pedro del cantón Cayambe de la Provincia de Pichincha. El objetivo principal es poner en práctica el proyecto en el que se realizaron varios estudios entre estos económico - financiero, de mercado, técnico y administrativo dando como resultado información cualitativa y cuantitativa en la que se mencionan varios puntos indispensables para la creación de la microempresa. El financiamiento de la inversión necesaria para ejecutar el proyecto es con un aporte de los socios del 50% mientras que el porcentaje restante se lo financiará a través del Banco Nacional de Fomento con una tasa de interés del 10,5%; de tal forma que al haber concluido con los cálculos de la evaluación financiera se pudo determinar que el VAN positivo es $ 12.027, una TIR de 31,33% y un costo beneficio de $1,15, concluyendo que el proyecto es viable para ponerlo en práctica debido a que el porcentaje de rendimiento es óptimo.
The main objetive of this feasibility proyect is the creation of a small business dedicated to the marketing of 100% natural honey in a presentation of 300 grams bottlrs easy to market, located in the San Pedro parish, Cayambe Canton, Province of Pichincha. The main objective is to implement the proyect in which several studies werw conducted, among these we have economic financial, market, technical and administrative; resulting qualitative and quantitative information on several essential points to the creation of microenterprises mentioned. The financing of the investment needed to implement the project with a contribution of partners 50% while the remainder would be fenanced through the Banco Nacional de Fomento with an interest rate of 10.5%; so that having completed the calculations of the financial evaluation, it was determined that the positive NPV is of $20,486, an IRR of 31.33% and a cost benefit of $ 1.15, concluding that the project is viable to put in practice because the percent yield is ptimal.
