El presente proyecto de tesis se desarrolla en la empresa “JKL Distribution Services Cia. Ltda” dicha empresa se dedica a la distribución de productos de consumo masivo de la multinacional Nestlé, por requerimientos legales vigentes está obligada a presentar estados financieros auditados. El conocimiento de las operaciones y negocio de la compañía, es fundamental para la planificación y ejecución de la auditoría financiera, basados en la información obtenida podemos indicar que el trabajo realizado soporta los resultados del examen practicado. Como resultado de la auditoría se emite el dictamen con la opinión sobre la razonabilidad de los estados financieros en su conjunto y se propone recomendaciones de aspecto contable, tributario y de control interno, que ayudarán a la administración a mejorar su gestión administrativa y financiera, además el informe de auditoría ayudará a cumplir con los requerimientos de los organismos de control, Superintendencia de Compañías y Servicio de Rentas Internas.
This thesis projet is developed in the company “JKL Distribution Services Cia. Ltda.” Said company is engaged in the distribution of consumer products for the Nestle Corporation, for current legal requirements it is required to file audited financial statements. The knowledge of the operations and business of the company is essential for the planning and execution of financial audit, based on information obtained we can indicate that the work supports the results of its practiced examination. As a result of the audit the dictum was issued with the opinion on the fairness of the financial statements as a whole and recommendations of accounting, tax and internal control aspect are proposed, the same that will help the administrative department to improve their administrative and financial management, furthermore the audit report will help to fulfill the requirements of the inspection agencies, Superintendencia de Compañias and Servicio de Rentas Internas.
