La presente investigación, enfocó la incidencia de la motricidad gruesa, en el desarrollo de la lecto- escritura, en niños y niñas de cuatro a cinco años de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta “Isabel Yánez” de la ciudad de Machachi, proceso importante para los párvulos, pues a través de ella podrán expresar todo lo que piensan y sienten. El niño y niña al ingresar a una institución educativa, inicia un cambio trascendental, pues tendrá que enfrentar un mundo nuevo, donde el aprendizaje en mucho de los casos sigue una metodología de enseñanza escolarizada, sin considerar su aprendizaje individual. El propósito fundamental fue, a través de una amplia recolección de información, obtener datos que sirvieron para establecer como la psicomotricidad gruesa, influye en la lectura y escritura. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó técnicas de campo, como la encuesta, la observación con su instrumento una lista de cotejo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue plantear una propuesta para el desarrollo de la lecto- escritura basándose en la motricidad gruesa, dirigida a los docentes del primer año de educación básica de la escuela “Isabel Yánez”.
This research focused on the level of incidence of gross motor development in initiating literacy in children four to five years of the Joint Fiscal School "Isabel Yanez" Machachi city, process is very important for young children, because through it can express everything you think and feel. The boy and girl to enter an educational institution begins a momentous change, it will face a new world, where learning in a case is a teaching methodology schooling, both teachers and parents focus their attention on the development of reading, writing, mathematical processes, attributing that are the main focus of education, regardless, that the boy and girl have their individual learning pace. The main purpose was, through a wide collection of information, get important data which served to establish as gross motor skills, developed properly can become a cornerstone to facilitate the initiation of children into the process as complex as is reading and writing. For data collection techniques applied field, as the average survey questions necessary information is obtained, the observation technique on his instrument cotejo.The list objective of this research was to make a proposal for the development of literacy based on gross motor skills, led to the first year of primary school "Isabel Yanez", the same that served to their teachers as a useful tool in their work.
