El estudio de investigación trata de un análisis a profundidad de las actividades y obligaciones que tiene la empresa ante varios organismos de control sobre todo tributarias y como se las está manejando y como parte final determinar mejoras que ayuden al proceso analizado. Además la presente investigación se lo realiza con el objeto de identificar a través de la metodología COSO II, aquellos eventos que afectan en la planificación y operaciones tributarias de la empresa, y de esta manera plantear, establecer procedimientos, mecanismos de control y recomendaciones para el proceso tributario. Los resultados obtenidos de la situación tributaria, efectuado con la metodología COSO II, permitieron proponer procedimientos, mecanismos de control que contrarresten y ayuden a mitigar los riesgos a los que está expuesta la empresa Hiperhormigones Cía. Ltda. y establecer una serie de observaciones y recomendaciones sobre aspectos detectados en el informe de cumplimiento tributario que eviten sanciones y multas en caso de ser detectadas por la Administración Tributaria.
This research concerns a deep analysis of the activities and obligations that the company has with the different control organisms, especially tributary, as well as the management and the improvements that could be made in the analyzed process. Also, the following research has as an objective to determine those events that affect the planning and operation of tributary operations of the company through the COSO II methodology, and with this, establish procedures, control mechanisms and recommendations for the tributary process. The obtained results of the tributary situations, done whit the COSO II methodology, allowed to propose procedures and control mechanism that may mitigate the risks to which the company HIPERHORMIGONES CIA. LTDA. is exposed; and to establish a series of observations and recommendations concerning detected aspects in the report of tributary fulfilment, to prevent penalties and fines.
