Incidencia en la impunidad de la violencia de género, homicidio y muerte de mujeres a fin de configurar el delito de feminicidio a la legislación ecuatoriana.

La presente investigación tiene por objeto contribuir con la sociedad enmarcando un tema que ha tomado mucha importancia en los últimos años, al hablar de feminicidio estamos refiriéndonos a la violencia de género, es una realidad contingente que necesita investigarse para proponer acciones integrales que sean respuestas efectivas a las acciones que afectan los derechos de las mujeres. El feminicidio es el último eslabón de una larga cadena de violencia a la que las mujeres de todo el mundo se ven sometidas todos los días. El presente trabajo de investigación cosiste en un análisis teórico de los antecedentes, el origen y la problemática del feminicidio para obtener resultados, para fundamentar la necesidad de la tipificación del feminicidio y no dejar en la impunidad este tipo de delitos que en muchos de los casos quedan en el olvido. Dando a conocer los fundamentos jurídicos, la descripción típica del feminicidio, los sujetos del delito y los elementos del delito. Para concluir en base a resultados de la investigación el porqué de tipificar el feminicidio como un delito en el nuevo Código Integral Penal.
The current research is intended to cooperate with the society, addressing a subject that has become very relevant during the last years. Feminicide implies gender violence, a contingent reality that needs to be investigated to propose integral actions, that are effective responses to actions affecting women's rights. Feminicide is the last link of long violence chain to which women all over the world are submitted every day. The current research work consists of a theoretical analysis of backgrounds, origin and problematic in order to obtain results, to support the need to set type of feminicide and prevent impunity for such offences that in most of cases have just been forgotten, by exposing legal fundamentals, typical description of feminicide, offence subjects and offence elements. Based on the research results, it has been concluded that there are reasons to rank feminice as an offence in the new Penal Integral Code.
