El presente trabajo de investigación del Sindicato de Choferes “Ecuador” del Carchi, inicia en el año de 1937. Con un grupo de jóvenes que se habían decidido por la noble profesión de ser choferes, brindando sus servicios de funeraria, atención Médica, laboratorio químico, odontología, salón de estética. La investigación presenta los antecedentes de la organización, aspectos generales, servicios, base legal, estructura organizacional, direccionamiento estratégico y el marco teórico con relación al Control Interno. Se desarrolla el diagnóstico situacional en el análisis de la institución en sus ambientes: externo en su microambiente donde se estableció las oportunidades y amenazas; y en el ambiente interno mediante una encuesta se determinó las fortalezas y debilidades. La propuesta de Procedimientos Administrativos y Financieros se determinó los diferentes procedimientos de las diferentes actividades de la empresa y se desarrollan las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones encontradas en la investigación.
This research of the union of drivers of the province of Carchi in Ecuador, began in 1937 with a group of young adults that had decided for the noble profession of being drivers, providing Funeral services, Medical care, chemical laboratory, dental and esthetics salon. This research presents the history of the organization, general aspects, services, legal basis, organizational structure, strategic addressing, and the theotetical framework with relation to the internal control. The research develops the situational assessment in the analysis of the insitution in its environments: external in their microenvironment where opportunities and threats were established, and the internal environment through a survey where the strengths and weaknesses were also determined. The Proposal determined differnt procedures for the various activities of the Company and the respective development of the conlcusions and recommendations are found in the research.
