CONVENIO INTERINSTITUCIONAL CON LA UNIVERSIDAD INTERCULTURAL DE LAS NACIONALIDADES Y PUEBLOS INDIGENAS AMAWTAY WASI
Esta investigación tiene el objetivo de sustentar y evidenciar, que la Economía Solidaria es fundamental para el Desarrollo Social y Comunitaria del País y de la familia indígena en particular, a pesar de la crisis financiera vivida en la década de los 90, ésta economía a través de las cooperativas, cajas solidarias, bancos comunales y otras formas de organización que brindaban los servicios financieros a la mayor parte de la población excluida del sistema financiero capitalista, ha permitido la sobrevivencia de los sectores vulnerables. En este modelo alternativo y amigable de la Economía Solidaria y Comunitaria se visibiliza el desarrollo del sistema financiero en la Comuna Originaria de Oyacachi, pueblo Kayambi de la Provincia de Napo, permitiendo la dinamización de las actividades financieras, productivas y comerciales con enfoque participativo y comunitario, logrando el bienestar y desarrollo de sus habitantes, permitiendo una vida digna encaminada hacia el Sumak Kawsay (Buen Vivir) garantizadas por la Constitución de Montecristi, Provincia de Manabí, en el año del 2008

This research work aims to support and demonstrate that the Solidarity and Community Economy is one of the mainstay for Social and Community Development of the Country and in particular for the Indian family, despite the financial crisis experienced in the 90's, this economy through cooperatives, solidarity funds, community banks and other forms of organization that provides financial services to the majority of the population excluded from the capitalist financial system, has allowed the survival of the vulnerable and unprotected groups. In this alternative and friendly model for and Community Economy it is possible to observe the financial system development in the Community from Oyacachi, where the Kayambi people are from the province of Napo, where it is possible to revitalize financial, production and marketing activities focusing on their participation involving the whole community, making the welfare and development of its people, allowing a decent life on track to Sumak Kawsay (the “Good Living” ) guaranteed by the Constitution of Montecristi, Manabí Province, in the year 2008.
