El presente proyecto tiene por finalidad conocer la factibilidad de la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de pasteles de Zucchini, para ello se realiza un estudio de mercado de la oferta y la demanda, y se evidencia que hay una demanda insatisfecha de 5.473 usuarios que no es cubierta por la competencia. Adicional del estudio técnico del proyecto se determina que la mejor ubicación para iniciar las actividades productivas es en las calles Francisco Ruiz N80 y Alejandro Ponce Borja, sector Carcelén Alto. Para obtener un producto de calidad se requiere emplear maquinaria adecuada y sobre todo materia prima seleccionada. En lo concerniente al estudio económico financiero se requiere una inversión inicial de USD 10.700 valor que se distribuye con el 61% como aporte propio del propietario de la microempresa y el 39% con un crédito en una institución financiera. Además se confirma que de acuerdo a los índices de rentabilidad calculados existe un VAN positivo de USD 66.60, una TIR del 15%, por lo tanto significa que el proyecto es factible y puede ejecutarse.
The purpose of this project is to know the feasibility of the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the production and marketing of Zucchini cakes, for which a market study of supply and demand is carried out and it is evident that there is an unsatisfied demand for 5,473 users that is not covered by the competition. Additional technical study of the project determines that the best location to start productive activities is in the streets Francisco Ruiz N80 and Alejandro Ponce Borja, Carcelén Alto sector. To obtain a quality product requires the use of suitable machinery and especially selected raw material. Regarding the financial economic study, an initial investment of USD 10,700 is required, which is distributed with 61% as the own contribution of the owner of the microenterprise and 39% with a loan in a financial institution. In addition, it is confirmed that according to the calculated profitability indices there is a positive NPV of USD 66.60, an IRR of 15%, therefore it means that the project is feasible and can be executed.
