La empresa debe contar con información financiera contable para cumplir con los requerimientos de información de las entidades reguladoras encargadas de verificar que los informes entregados por la empresa sean verídicos, además que sea de relevancia para la toma de decisiones según los resultados obtenidos. Se ha diseñado un Sistema Contable para que la empresa obtenga información oportuna, suficiente, relevante para tomar decisiones que permitan el crecimiento organizacional y controlar los costos necesarios para la construcción de un proyecto, optimizando los recursos en la implementación de los objetivos planteados. Los elementos que conforman el Sistema Contable propuesto para la compañía son los siguientes: Normas Internacionales Contables aplicables y Principios Generalmente Aceptados, Plan de Cuentas con su respectivo instructivo, procedimientos contables descriptivos y gráficos, Estados Financieros aplicados en un ejercicio práctico.
The company must have accounting financial information to comply with the information requirements of the Control agency which are in charge of verifying that the reports delivered by the company are true, as well as being relevant for decision making according to the results obtained. An Accounting System has been designed so that the company obtains appropriate, sufficient and relevant information to make decisions which allow the organizational growth and the control of the necessary costs for the construction of a project, optimizing the resources in the implementation of the proposed objectives. The elements that form the Accounting System proposed for the company are the following: Applicable accountants international rules and Generally Accepted Principles, an Accounts plan with the respective instructions, descriptive and graphs accounting procedures, Financial Statements applied in practical exercise.
