Este Proyecto de tesis trata acerca del estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la confección de uniformes de trabajo tales como: Overoles, Mandiles, Pantalón de tela, Camisas, Blusas, Chompas, Chalecos y Camisetas Polo de excelente calidad a través de un servicio oportuno y eficiente que satisfaga las necesidades de las empresas. Por esta razón el trabajo investigativo inicial trata de una reseña socio – económica de la ciudad de Quito donde se ubicara nuestro proyecto, el segundo capítulo trata del Estudio de Mercado donde definimos la oferta y demanda, El tercer capítulo Estudio Técnico, en el que se habla del Tamaño del proyecto definiendo la capacidad utilizada, mano de obra, estructura funcional y localización del proyecto. Luego se procede al Estudio Administrativo, Organizacional y Legal en el cual se establece los organigramas para la empresa con las respectivas funciones de cada área, determinando así el Estudio Económico Financiero, en el cuál se elabora los Estados Financiero de la Empresa, Luego del mismo se realiza la Evaluación económica determinando la tasa del descuento y los índices de rentabilidad, e Impacto Ambiental del Proyecto, Finalmente a se ha elaborado sus respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que constituyen la evaluación final del proyecto.
This thesis project deals with the feasibility study for the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the preparation of work uniforms such as: overalls, aprons, fabric trousers, shirts, blouses, jackets, vests and polo shirts of excellent quality through of a timely and efficient service that satisfies the needs of the companies. For this reason the initial investigative work is about a socio - economic review of the city of Quito where our project is located, the second chapter deals with the Market Study where we define the supply and demand. The third chapter Technical Study, which discusses the size of the project defining the capacity needed, labor, functional structure and location of the project. The Administrative, Organizational and Legal Study is then carried out, establishing the organizational charts for the company with the respective functions of each area, thus determining the Economic and Financial Study, in which the Financial Statements of the Company are elaborated, after it the Economic Assessment is carried out, determining the discount rate and the profitability indexes, and the Environmental Impact of the Project. Finally, their respective conclusions and recommendations have been elaborated that constitute the final evaluation of the project.
