El Club General de Aerotécnicos de la Fuerza Aérea Ecuatoriana, es una Entidad de derecho privado ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, con personería jurídica y patrimonio propio, su responsabilidad es limitada y la duración del club es indefinida. El Club está integrado por Aerotécnicos en servicio activo y pasivo de la fuerza aérea ecuatoriana. El Club tiene como objetivo fundamental contribuir al bienestar social, cultural, económico y deportivo de sus miembros y para esto es necesario la optimización de recursos económicos, la organización y fomento de programas sociales, culturales y deportivos que involucren a todos los miembros del club y a sus familias. El Club General de Aerotécnicos de la Fuerza Aérea Ecuatoriana no cuenta con un sistema de control interno en algunas de sus áreas por lo que es importante implementarlo con el fin mejorar el desempeño del personal que labora en la institución, de esta manera se contribuirá al fortalecimiento de los servicios y beneficios que se proporciona a cada uno de los miembros del club, cumpliendo así con los objetivos institucionales y con una mejor administración.
The general Aero-technician club of the Ecuadorian Air Force is a private organization located in the city of Quito, with legal capacity and proprietorship. Their responsability is limited and the club´s duration is indefinite. The club is made up of Aero-technicians as an active and passive for the Ecuadorian Air Force. The primary objetive of the club is to contribute to the members´social, cultural, athletic and economic wellbeing which requires the optimization of economic resources, the organiaztion, and the promotion of social, cultural, and athletic programs that involved all of the clubs members and their families. The general aero-technician club of the Ecuadorian Air Force does not currently have its own internal control system in some of its department, which is why it is so important to implement one, with the purpose of improving the staff´s performance in the organization. In this way, it will contribute to the strengthening of services and benefits that are provided to each of the club´s members, thus complying with the oraganization´s goals and obtaining improved adminitration.
