La factibilidad del presente trabajo investigativo inicia con un estudio de mercado realizado en la ciudad de Tulcán, tomando en cuenta a las personas que necesitan del servicio de limpieza mencionando una demanda insatisfecha significativa de cada una de las familias de la ciudad de Tulcán. Esta investigación cuyo tema es la creación de una microempresa dedicada a servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento de los hogares ubicada en la ciudad de Tulcán, se compone de un estudio técnico en el cual se menciona el funcionamiento del negocio a través de la ingeniería del proyecto y la inversión realizada. De la misma manera se menciona la evaluación de un estudio financiero con los indicadores respectivos, cuyo resultado es viable en términos financieros de la instalación del negocio.
The feasibility of this research begins with a market study carried out in the city of Tulcán, taking into account the people who need the cleaning service mentioning a significant unmet demand from each of the families of the city of Tulcán. This research whose theme is the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to cleaning and maintenance of homes located in the city of Tulcán, consists of a technical study in which the operation of the business is mentioned through the engineering of the project and the investment made. In the same way, the evaluation of a financial study with the respective indicators is mentioned, the result of which is viable in financial terms of the start of the business.
