El presente trabajo de investigación nace con la necesidad de mejorar la gestión de procesos administrativa - financiera de la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Kullki Wasi Cía. Ltda., ya que es necesario que cuente con una herramienta administrativa financiera, las cuales ayuden a mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia al desarrollar sus actividades diarias lo cual contribuirá para alcanzar las metas propuestas. A la vez los servicios que brinda a la sociedad sean de calidad y oportunos, lo que permita tener mayor acogida por parte de la población; en el manual administrativo financiero se realiza una descripción de las funciones de cada uno de sus empleados y sus relación con los otros puestos, así también los proceso a seguir en las diferentes actividades por eso se convierte en una guía de consulta, el cual contiene aspectos importante los cuales ayudaran a mejorar la gestión empresarial, así como también contar con personal capacitado y competitivo, ayudando a elevar el conocimiento de cada uno de los empleados que laboran en la Cooperativa. Este trabajo se basa en aspectos relacionados procesos y funciones que ayudan a mejorar la gestión de la Cooperativa, permitiendo cubrir las necesidades, siendo así más oportunos en los servicios que ofrece la institución, ya que es una herramienta para el desarrollo y progreso de la institución.
This investigation starts from the need of improving the management of administrative – financial processes of the Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Kullki Wasi Cía. Ltda. because it needs an administrative - financial tool, that help with the enhance the efficiency and efficacy of their daily activities helping them to achieve the goals proposed. Allowing that the quality and timely services be provided to the public and creating the possibility of capturing a larger sector of the population. In the administrative – financial manual is the description of the functions if each one of the employees and its relation to other staff and the process of different activities which converts it a guide. It will have important data that will help in the business management, also helping to keep competitive and talented staff that will aid increasing the knowledge that each one of the employees in the Cooperative. This work is based on the processes and functions that help enhance the management of the Cooperative and supply the needs it has and being timely in the services that the institution offers, because it is a tool for the progress and development of the entity.
