Quito Tenis y Golf clubes una institución considerada un club social y deportivo de alto rendimiento y dedicada a la formación de deportistas. En este mundo tan competitivo y los problemas que se presentan en el entorno, es necesario que todas las instituciones realicen un diagnóstico y un análisis financiero para saber cómo se encuentran económicamente, con el fin de obtener información para la toma de decisiones, para que se pueda lograr con ello la mejora en la eficacia de la administración, además ayuda a que se realicen las estrategias necesarias que permitan, que el entorno interno y externo no afecte a la empresa. El análisis financiero se lo puede realizar por varios métodos análisis horizontal, análisis vertical, razones financieras, las cuales ayudan a encontrar respuestas a lo que está sucediendo en la empresa.
Quito Tennis and Golf Club is an institution considered a high performance social and sports club dedicated to the training of athletes. In this competitive world and the problems that occur in the surroundings, it is necessary that all institutions make a diagnosis and financial analysis to know how they are economically, in the order to obtain information for decision-making, so that can be achieved thereby the improvement in the efficiency of administration, also it helps to make the necessary strategies that allow, that the internal and external environment not affect the company. The financial analysis can be done by several methods horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, financial ratios, which help to find answers to what is happening in the company.
