Trabajo de Investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente Diagnósticos Situacionales en las Organizaciones. El objetivo fundamental es investigar la influencia del clima laboral y los niveles de desempeño del personal, a través de instrumentos, técnicas y métodos. La fundamentación teórica parte del criterio de Manuel Giraudier, respecto a la gestión del Clima Organizacional; tratado en dos capítulos: El clima laboral y la evaluación del desempeño. La hipótesis plantea que el Clima laboral influye directamente en el desempeño de los trabajadores. Investigación correlacional, no experimental, con método deductivo, inductivo y estadístico. La conclusión general refiere que si existe relación entre el clima laboral y el desempeño del personal, con la recomendación de fortalecer los factores positivos del clima laboral y mejorar los factores deficitarios.
Research Paper on industrial Psychology, specifically situational diagnostics in Organizations. The main objective is to investigate the influence of the work environment and levels of staff performance through tools, techniques and methods. The theoretical Frameworks are based on the criterion of Manuel Giraudier regarding the management of organizational climate; it is developed in two chapters: The work environment and performance evaluation. The Hypothesis is that the environment directly affects the performance of workers; it is not experimental, with deductive, inductive and statistical method. The general conclusion implies that there is correlation between the work environment and staff performance with the recommendation to strengthen the positive factors of the working environment and improving flawing factors.
