La auditoría de gestión se realizó en la unidad de activos fijos del Ministerio de Salud Pública, a sus procesos más significativos. Con la presente investigación se logró determinar las falencias, y dar a conocer a los directivos de la institución para que realicen oportunamente los cambios necesarios, así como la implementación de procesos. Se pudo determinar que la unidad no cuenta con un sistema de activos fijos, para su correcto manejo, control y administración de los bienes de la institución. La auditoría de gestión se realizó con una base teórica para su respectivo desarrollo, con papeles de trabajo como evidencia y el uso de indicadores de gestión, para poder concluir con el informe de auditoría incluyendo conclusiones y recomendaciones a fin de determinar posibles soluciones a las deficiencias encontradas.
The audit was conducted in the unit of fixed assets of the Ministry of Public Health, its most significant processes. With the present investigation it was determined the shortcomings, and to inform the directors of the institution to make the necessary changes promptly and implementing processes. It was determined that the unit does not have a system of fixed assets, for proper management control and management of the institution of the goods. The audit was carried out with a theoretical basis for their respective development, working papers as evidence and the use of indicators, to conclude the audit report including conclusions and recommendations in order to identify possible solutions to the deficiencies found.
