El presente trabajo de investigación, recoge el diseño de un sistema administrativo y financiero; realizado a la microempresa DECOR AUTOR, localizada en la ciudad de Quito; esta organización nació con la idea de formar un negocio propio. En si la organización cuenta con una extensa base consolidada de clientes, a más de no llevar mucho tiempo en el mercado; permite concluir que este negocio es factible a primera vista, pero elementos como su informalidad y deficiente estructura administrativa y financiera no le han permitido definir aspectos esenciales para su funcionamiento, causando deficiencia en la prestación del servicio y administración del negocio. Es por ello que surge la necesidad de diseñar un modelo administrativo y financiero útil, dinámico y fácil para sus usuarios, los resultados de este proyecto permitirán determinar el grado de eficiencia en el desarrollo de las actividades realizadas, de tal forma que se mejore continuamente su desempeño y se cumplan sus objetivos por medio de la maximización, crecimiento y mejora de la microempresa. Para mejorar la situación actual de la organización se recomienda poner en práctica lo diseñado, ya que se establecen objetivos, estrategias y políticas administrativas y financieras, tanto para el uso del equipo y material de trabajo, como para el correcto desempeño de las actividades; a más de recomendar la formación y capacitación del personal en curso, así como la oportuna designación de funciones a través de los perfiles establecidos; el acogerse a las proyecciones diseñadas permitirá alinear el negocio a los resultados esperados.
This research work gathers the design of an administrative and financial system, created for the microenterprise DECOR AUTOR, which is located in the city of Quito. The idea behind this company was for its owners to have their own business. Despite the fact that is has not been for long in the market, this enterprise has an extensive and consolidated customer base. Therefore, it could be easily concluded that it is a feasible business; nevertheless, elements such as its informality and a poor administrative and financial structure have not allowed it to define crucial aspects for its operation. As a result, the presentation of its services and the management of the business are deficient. In light of the above, there is a need to design a useful, dynamic, and user-friendly administrative and financial model. The results obtained with this project will help us determine the degree of efficiency of the activities that will be carried out, in a way that will cause the performance of the business to be continuously improved; also, the objectives of the microenterprise will be fulfilled through its maximization, growth and improvement. In order to improve the current situation of the company, it is recommended that this design is put into work, since it establishes objectives, strategies, and administrative and financial policies that relate not only to the use of its equipment and working material, but also to the correct practice of its activities. It is also recommended that the staff receives training, and that the roles of its members be designated in a timely manner that responds to the established profiles of employees. By abiding to the designed projections, the business will be aligned with the expected results.
