La empresa Exicolor S.C.C, se dedica a la comercialización y venta de toda clase de pinturas al por mayor y menor, también artículos de ferretería de acabados arquitectónicos ofreciendo gran variedad de productos a sus clientes. La organización debe cumplir con requerimientos de calidad, tanto para su información, como para sus activos. La falta de aplicación de un modelo de Control Interno de Inventarios permitiré establecer lineamientos claros y objetivos con la finalidad de optimizar los recursos y el desempeño de la empresa, a su vez permitirá conocer la situación real en existencias y así poder tomar correctamente las decisiones administrativas y financieras, siendo de gran beneficio para los empleados y clientes generando confianza y a la larga nos permitirá obtener utilidad y crecimiento interno. Al generar un adecuado procedimiento de control Interno de Inventarios en la empresa Exicolor S.C.C, se asegurará información oportuna y confiable en todo tiempo y nivel.
The company Exicolor S.C.C, is dedicated to the commercialization and sale of all kinds of paints wholesale and retail, also hardware articles of architectural finishes offering great variety of products to its clients. The organization must meet quality requirements, both for its information and for its assets. The lack of application of an Internal Inventory Control model will allow, the establishment of clear and objective guidelines in order to optimize the company resources and performance, in turn will allow to know the real situation in stock and thus to be able to take the administrative and financial decisions correctly, being of great benefit for the employees and clients generating confidence and in the long term it will allow us to obtain profitability and internal growth. By generating an adequate internal inventory control procedure in the company Exicolor S.C.C, ensures timely and reliable information at all times and levels.
