Esta investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental el diseñar un Sistema de Costos por Órdenes de Producción para la empresa Metal &Co, la metodología empleada en el desarrollo de este proyecto fue de campo exploratorio mediante entrevistas personalizadas dirigido hacia un nivel descriptivo, por cuanto se hizo necesario recoger datos e información, describiendo, organizando e interpretando los elementos principales del sistema de costos por órdenes de producción. Su universo lo constituyó el personal que se encuentra involucrado en el proceso de producción a los cuales se les aplicó el modelo de entrevista no estructurada, lo que permitió obtener una idea clara y precisa de los procesos ejecutados en la empresa. Luego de realizada la investigación se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: la empresa Metal & Co presenta fallas en el control del proceso productivo, administrativo y laboral debido a la ausencia de un departamento contable que vigile los costos inmersos en el mismo. Por lo cual se recomienda: Implementar el diseño propuesto, para así evitar desviaciones y minimizar las fallas que afecten sin duda alguna al desempeño de toda la organización.
This research has as fundamental objective to design a System of Costs by Production Orders for the company Metal & Co, the methodology used in the development of this project was of exploratory field through personalized interviews directed towards a descriptive level, because it became necessary to collect data and information, describing, organizing and interpreting the main elements of the system of costs by orders of production. The universe was constituted by the personnel who are involved in the production processes on which a model of nonstructured informal interviews, which allowed obtaining a clear and precise idea of the processes executed in the company. After the investigation was carried out the following results were obtained: Metal & Co presents failures in the control of the productive, administrative and labor process due to the absence of an accounting department that monitors the costs immersed in it. Therefore it is recommended: implement the proposed design, to avoid deviations and minimize failures that undoubtedly affect the performance of the entire organization.
