El presente proyecto se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar la factibilidad de la creación de una empresa que brinde servicios de Teletrabajo en la Ciudad de Quito, con el propósito de coadyuvar a los emprendimientos y a las PYMES (Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas) en la consecución de objetivos y mejoramiento de la productividad. Se elabora para el presente estudio de mercado donde se busca determinar la existencia de una demanda insatisfecha con el respecto al tópico del Teletrabajo, un estudio técnico que busca determinar su localización, tamaño e ingeniería más óptima para llevarla a la realidad junto con su respectiva cuantificación y que brinden indicadores que demuestren la factibilidad de este proyecto. Por los antecedentes expuestos anteriormente se llega a la conclusión de que es rentable la creación de una empresa que se dedica a brindar servicios de Teletrabajo en la Ciudad de Quito.
The present project was elaborated with the purpose of determining the feasibility of the creation of a company that provides teleworking services in the City of Quito, with the purpose of contributing to the enterprises and to the SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the attainment of objectives and improvement of productivity. It is elaborated for the present market study, where it is required to determine the existence of an unsatisfied demand with respect to the topic of Telework, a technical study that seeks to determine its location, size and optimal engineering to bring it to reality together with its respective quantification and to provide indicators that demonstrate the feasibility of this project. Based on the information presented above, it is concluded that the creation of a company that provides Teleworking services in the City of Quito is profitable
