La investigación titulada “Proyecto de Factibilidad para la Producción y Comercialización de Zapatos Casuales de mujer, ubicado en la Parroquia Kennedy, Ciudad de Quito, tiene como finalidad identificar si existen las condiciones políticas, económicas, tecnológicas y sociales idóneas para ejecutar el proyecto propuesto. Posteriormente se establece la existencia de una demanda insatisfecha, la cual constituye el mercado objetivo hacia donde se ofrecerá el producto a ser fabricado. Además, se elabora el diseño de procedimientos y flujogramas del proceso de producción, así como la identificación de la maquinaria, equipo y talento humano necesario. A continuación, se diseña la estructura legal y administrativa para el proyecto y se concluye como una evaluación económica y financiera para establecer su viabilidad.
The research entitled "Feasibility Project for the Production and Marketing of Casual Women's Shoes, located in Kennedy Parish, Ciudad de Quito, has the purpose of identifying if there are the political, economic, technological and social conditions suitable to carry out the proposed project. Subsequently establishes the existence of an unsatisfied demand, which constitutes the target market towards where the product to be manufactured will be offered. In addition, the design of procedures and flowcharts of the production process is elaborated, as well as the identification of the necessary machinery, equipment and human talent. Next, the legal and administrative structure for the project is designed and concluded as an economic and financial evaluation to establish its feasibility.
