El objetivo principal del trabajo de investigación es la propuesta de un modelo administrativo y financiero para la compañía ‘‘COMPAHERMANOS S.A’’, el cual servirá para mejorar el funcionamiento de las operaciones de la compañía, ya que todas las compañías tienen riesgos durante el ejercicio normal de sus operaciones, por lo que el objetivo principal será la revisión y análisis de los objetivos planteados, y ayudar a que estos se cumplan. En el trabajo de investigación primero se establecerán directrices las cuales servirán como guía para realizar la investigación, luego se identificará todas las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas, después se realizará la matriz estratégica, además se realizará la propuesta de un modelo administrativo y financiero para que pueda ser implementado por la administración de la compañía, después de haber desarrollado la investigación se establecerá las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones con el objetivo de contribuir al mejoramiento de las actividades y procedimientos de la compañía.
The main objective of the research work is the proposal of an administrative and financial model for the company ‘‘COMPAHERMANOS S.A.’’, which will serve to improve the ongoing company's operations, since all companies have risks during the normal exercise of their operations, so the main objective will be review and analysis of the objectives set, and help these be fulfilled. The research work will first establish guidelines which will serve as a guide to carry out the investigation, and then identify all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; then the strategic matrix will be made, and the proposal of an administrative and financial model will be made so that it can be implemented by the company's administration, after having developed the research, the appropriate conclusions and recommendations will be established in order to contribute to the improvement of the company's activities and procedures.
