Machala es una ciudad portuaria que destaca en la importación del banano. Cuenta con varios centros de atención a los usuarios que se han instalado en edi caciones que han cumplido con su uso. Un caso como ejemplo es el centro para jubilados, debido a la falta de un espacio propio, la asociación se ha instalado en el antiguo hospital del IESS. La falta de un establecimiento que se adapte a las necesidades de los jubilados es uno de los problemas que se mani estan. Por lo tanto, se propone diseñar un centro de acogida para los jubilados asociados. El centro de acogida para jubilados en la ciudad de Machala es un diseño que surge de la necesidad de los adultos mayores jubilados el tener un espacio propio donde puedan realizar sus actividades y poder tener todas las comodidades necesarias. El siguiente trabajo muestra el estudio preliminar del terreno, así como el resultado que surgió del análisis del trabajo.
Machala is a port city that stands out in the import of bananas. It has several user care centres that have been installed in buildings that have complied with its use. One example is the center for retirees, due to the lack of its own space, the association has been installed in the former hospital of the IESS. The lack of a facility to cater for the needs of retirees is one of the major problems. It is therefore proposed to design a shelter for associate retirees. The shelter for retirees in the city of Machala is a design that arises from the need of retired seniors to have their own space where they can perform their activities and have all the necessary amenities. The following work shows the preliminary survey of the field, as well as the result that emerged from the analysis of the work.
