El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como finalidad el desarrollar en el perímetro del Malecón de Playas una transición de la red de distribución de energía eléctrica de aérea a subterránea después de realizar un estudio técnico, causando un mínimo impacto visual y teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo urbanístico y futurista del mismo. Tomando en cuenta las edificaciones en las que solo se manipulará sus acometidas ya sean en baja o media tensión, al igual que los distintos tipos de servicios públicos y privados que existen y aquellos elementos que será necesario retirarlos del área, como cableado de internet, telefonía y otros servicios, por tal razón se realiza los planos correspondientes. Para el diseño de la red de distribución eléctrica subterránea se siguieron las normas establecidas en el Acuerdo Ministerial, con Registro Oficial N º 51y en las Normas NATSIM para que sea realizado de manera correcta el plan de la segunda fase de regeneración de urbana del área del Malecón de Playas.
The purpose of this degree work is to develop in the perimeter of the Malecon of Playas a transition of the electrical energy distribution network from aerial to underground after conducting a technical study, causing a minimum visual impact and taking into account its urban and futuristic development. Taking into account the buildings in which only their connections will be manipulated, whether in low or medium voltage, as well as the different types of public and private services that exist and those elements that will need to be removed from the area, such as internet wiring, telephony and other services, for this reason the corresponding plans are made. For the design of the underground electrical distribution network, the standards established in the Ministerial Agreement, with Official Registry No. 51 and in the NATSIM Standards were followed so that the plan for the second phase of urban regeneration of the area of Malecon of Playas.
