El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como finalidad elaborar un análisis de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de maquillaje natural con características profesionales en ciudad de Guayaquil. Los productos naturales se han convertido en una necesidad para el estilo de vida de las personas, sin embargo aún existe gran parte del mercado femenino que no puede incluir sus productos de uso diario a su estilo de vida eco amigable, es por este motivo que se detecta la oportunidad de negocio en este segmento a través del desarrollo de un labial natural en los cuatro colores preferido por las mujeres. El objetivo es contribuir a la sociedad brindando un producto agente de cambio sostenible a través de su enfoque natural y así entregar a las mujeres una alternativa cosmética atractiva desarrollada pensando en su bienestar y preferencias, un motivo más para empoderarse y sentirse más lindas.
The present work has the purpose of elaborating a feasibility analysis for the creation of a company producing and selling natural makeup with professional characteristics in the city of Guayaquil. Natural products have become a necessity for people's lifestyle, however there is still much of the female market that can not include their everyday products to their eco-friendly lifestyle, it is for this reason that detects the business opportunity in this segment through the development of a natural lipstick in the four colors preferred by women. The objective is to contribute to society by providing a product of sustainable change through its natural approach and thus to give womenan attractive cosmetic alternative developed with their well-being and preferences in mind, one more reason to empower and feel more beautiful.
