La presente investigación se basa en el diseño de un proveedor de acceso a internet inalámbrico mediante el uso determinado de bandas libres (UDBL), que trabajan en la frecuencia de 2,4 GHz y 5 GHZ, cumpliendo todos los estándares y requerimientos de la Ley Orgánica de Telecomunicaciones en la republica de Ecuador, para la implementación de la empresa proveedora de servicio a internet con la finalidad de dar acceso a la red mundial de internet a los sectores rurales y urbanos del cantón San Miguel de Bolívar. Esta investigación es de tipo investigativo, descriptivo con análisis de información de diversos radios y antenas para el uso determinado de bandas libres que se encuentren debidamente homologados en el país. El tema de investigación nos brinda una guía en situaciones reales al momento de obtener los permisos pertinentes dentro del país debido a que se debe realizar un proyecto técnico ante la autoridad competente la cual mediante la Ley Orgánica de Telecomunicaciones, delega a la Agencia de Regulación y Control de las Telecomunicaciones, emitan los requerimiento y formatos que fueran necesarios para la obtención del título habilitante del Servicio de Acceso a Internet y Concesión / Registro de uso y explotación de frecuencias No Esenciales del Espectro Radioeléctrico.
This research is based on the design of a wireless internet access provider through the specific use of free bands (UDBL), which work on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHZ frequencies, complying with all the standards and requirements of the Organic Law of Telecommunciations in the Republic of Ecuador, for the implementation of the internet service provider company in order to give access to the global internet network to rural and urban sectors of the San Miguel de Bolívar canton. This research is of an investigative, descriptive type with analysis of information from various radios and antennas for the specific use of free bands that are duly approved in the country. The subject of provides us with a guide in real situations when obtaining the pertinent permits within the country because a technical project must be carried out before the competent authority which, through the Organic Law of Telecommunications, delegates to the Agency for Regulation and Control of Telecommunications, issue the requirements and formats that are necessary to obtain the enabling title of the Internet Access Service and Concession / Record of use and exploitation of Non-Essential frequencies of the Radioelectric Spectrum.
