The present titration work is based on proposing a system design for the 69kV substation maintenance management that will serve as a guide for the maintenance of the components and facilities of a substation. A collection of accurate information is made through bibliographies and documents, the revised methodologies will allow the election of the form as it should be proposed. What is needed is to make known where the maintenance of substations is born; CENACE has the power to do so. Evaluates and analyzes with other entities involved (hebdomadario) in maintenance, the control center constantly provides information to the electrical substations, and this favors the decision making to apply the appropriate maintenance to these facilities, as well as their planning. The administration develops preventive, predictive, corrective and emergent maintenance. For the project, the outdoor substation has been considered with greater emphasis, due to its layout, size, functionality and capacity (MVA). It manages to describe its components; it also shows the types of faults that arise in these substations. The procedures for carrying out maintenance according to the corresponding regulations, provision of documents for maintenance, the securing of the work area, the predisposition of the staff with analytical impetus and audacious in the tests and in situ repairs of the components, are presented and facilities.
El presente trabajo de titulación se fundamenta, en plantear un diseño de sistema para la gestión de mantenimiento de subestación de 69kV que servirá de guía para la realización de mantenimientos de los componentes y las instalaciones de una subestación. Se realiza una recopilación de información acertada mediante bibliografías y documentos, la metodología revisada permitirá la elección de la forma como debe ser planteada. Lo que se precisa es dar a conocer donde nace la administración del mantenimiento de subestaciones, el CENACE tiene la facultad para hacerlo. Evalúa y analiza con otras entidades involucradas (hebdomadario) en el mantenimiento, el centro de control facilita la información constantemente a las subestaciones eléctricas, y esto favorece a la toma de decisiones para aplicar el mantenimiento adecuado a estas instalaciones, como también su planificación. La administración desarrolla mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos, correctivos y emergentes. Para el proyecto se ha considerado con mayor énfasis la subestación en intemperie, por su disposición, tamaño, funcionalidad y capacidad (MVA). Logra describir sus componentes, así también se muestra los tipos de fallas que se suscitan en estas subestaciones. Se plantea los procedimientos para realizar mantenimientos apegados a la normativa correspondiente, disposición de los documentos para el mantenimiento, se ejecuta el aseguramiento de la zona de trabajo, la predisposición del personal con ímpetu analítico y audaz en las pruebas y reparaciones in situ de los componentes e instalaciones.
