El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como finalidad garantizar estabilidad y brindar protección al ciudadano Adulto Mayor, a quienes se le ha vulnerado el derecho a la aplicación del principio constitucional de igualdad y he tomado como referencia la falta de exoneración del pago de tarifas en la entidad pública del Registro Civil en lo referente a que al ciudadano discapacitado si se le esta brindando este beneficio en la actualidad, es así que por el hecho de incumplir con el principio de igualdad se estaría discriminando a este pequeño grupo vulnerable en la sociedad; ellos exigen una vida digna debido a que han dado todo su sacrificio tras varios años de trabajo y que no es reconocido ni valorado. Es importante mencionar que los ciudadanos Adultos Mayores se encuentran vulnerables ante cualquier situación, que pueda alterar el buen vivir y el derecho a una vida digna por el hecho de estar en su fase final de vida y por lo tanto merecen de una atención primordial del Estado, la sociedad en general y del núcleo familiar, quienes son parte fundamental para brindar atención prioritaria a este pequeño grupo vulnerable.
The purpose of this investigative work is to guarantee stability and provide protection to the elderly citizen, they are having right by apply the constitutional principle of equality, and this has been violated. I have taken as a reference the lack of exemption from the payment of fees in the public entity of the Civil Registry in relation to the fact that the disabled citizen is being offered this benefit at present, it is thus that by failing to comply with the principle of equality, this small vulnerable group in society would be discriminated against; they demand a dignified life because they have given all their sacrifice after several years of work and that it is not recognized or valued. It is important to mention that Senior Citizens are vulnerable to any situation that may alter their good living and the right to a dignified life due to the fact that they are in their final phase of life and therefore deserve primary attention from the State. , society in general and the family nucleus, who are a fundamental part of providing priority attention to this small vulnerable group.
