Productividad empresarial en el área logística : caso Mediterranean Shipping Company periodo 2019-2022.

El objetivo general del trabajo desarrollado fue analizar la productividad empresarial en el área logística de la empresa Mediterranean Shipping Company en el periodo 2019-2022 para diseñar una estrategia de mejora, mediante manuales de procedimientos. Para ello, se adoptó un enfoque mixto, diseño no experimental y método inductivo, los cuales permitieron recolectar información y teorías apropiadas que muestren las características del comercio internacional, así como la logística y productividad empresarial. Se recurrió a entrevistas estructuradas, de preguntas abiertas y a profundidad, aplicadas a tres miembros de la empresa y dos clientes. Los resultados del análisis de datos indican que la empresa ha experimentado fluctuaciones en su productividad durante este periodo, principalmente debido a la inversión en nuevos proyectos. Se propuso una intervención para mejorar la productividad empresarial en el área logística de la empresa MSC durante el periodo 2019-2022, que incluye la implementación de una API, un módulo informático y un manual de procedimientos. Esto contribuirá a mejorar la productividad empresarial en el área logística durante el periodo 2019-2022.
The general objective of the work carried out was to analyze business productivity in the logistics area of the Mediterranean Shipping Company company in the period 2019-2022 to design an improvement strategy, through procedure manuals. For this, a mixed approach, non-experimental design and inductive method was adopted, which allowed collecting information and appropriate theories that show the characteristics of international trade, as well as logistics and business productivity. Structured interviews were used, with open and in-depth questions, applied to three members of the company and two clients. The results of the data analysis indicate that the company has experienced fluctuations in its productivity during this period, mainly due to investment in new projects. An intervention was proposed to improve business productivity in the logistics area of the MSC company during the 2019-2022 period, which includes the implementation of an API, a computer module and a procedures manual. This will contribute to improving business productivity in the logistics area during the 2019-2022 period.
