Los servicios farmacéuticos son un conjunto de acciones en el Sistema Nacional de Salud del ecuador, que busca garantizar la atención integral sanitaria, teniendo a los medicamentos, dispositivos e insumos como elementos clave en el tratamiento de enfermedades. El objetivo de este proyecto es determinar la relación entre la satisfacción de los usuarios y la calidad de los servicios de la Farmacia del Hospital Guasmo Sur. Se aplicó los métodos de Mixed Methods Research, con una encuesta validada por expertos con las dimensiones de Service Performance. Las ponderaciones de los elementos tangibles alcanzaron 0.37, seguridad 0.33, Fiabilidad 0.13, empatía 0.10 y capacidad de respuesta 0.7.Para fortalecer los procesos subjetivos y objetivos, se elabora un plan de mejoras para la atención farmacéutica del Hospital.
The pharmaceutical services are a set of actions in the National Health System of Ecuador, which seeks to guarantee comprehensive health care, taking medicines, devices and supplies as key elements in the treatment of diseases. Objective: To determine the relationship between user satisfaction and the quality of the services of the Guasmo Sur Hospital Pharmacy. The methods of Mixed Methods Research were applied, with a survey validated by experts with the Service Performance dimensions.The weights of the tangible elements reached 0.37, safety 0.33, Reliability 0.13, empathy 0.10 and response capacity 0.7.In order to strengthen the subjective and objective processes, an improvement plan for the pharmaceutical care of the Hospital is elaborated.
