Description

El proyecto se desarrollará en el cantón Huaquillas cercano a la frontera con el país vecino Perú. El objetivo de este proyecto es satisfacer las necesidades que tiene el usuario en cuanto a espacio público y lugares de encuentro. Basándonos en el análisis de sitio, se puede corroborar que los usuarios están privados de estas áreas y que los pocos espacios dotados por la municipalidad se encuentran en mal estado. Con el nuevo Centro Cultural, se estima alcanzar un mejor desarrollo de la persona, logrando una permeabilidad visual a través de elementos arquitectónicos. Los análisis tipológicos, más la previa investigación en el sitio fueron definiendo las estrategias de diseño. Este proyecto se desarrolla alrededor de un patio central, con una superposición de volúmenes en L, que va marcando una circulación perimetral para el usuario. Los espacios del proyecto son flexibles y fomentan actividades tanto en su interior como en su exterior.
The project will be developed in the Huaquillas canton near the border with neighboring Peru. The objective of this project is to satisfy the needs of the user in terms of public space and meeting places. Based on the site analysis, it can be corroborated that users are deprived of these areas and that the few spaces provided by the municipality are in poor condition. With the new Cultural Center, it is estimated to achieve a better development of the person, achieving visual permeability through architectural elements. The typological analyzes, plus the previous investigation on the site, were defining the design strategies. This project is developed around a central patio, with an L-shaped overlap of volumes, which marks a perimeter circulation for the user. The project spaces are flexible and encourage activities both inside and outside.
