El agente de aduana es la persona calificada para que en nombre del importador y exportador realice las operaciones de comercio exterior, el presente plan de negocio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la factibilidad económica de establecer una empresa de servicios de agentes de aduana en Guayaquil, para lo cual se analizó la situación actual de la industria, donde se estableció que existe 305 agentes de aduanas en los cuales el 11% son personas jurídicas y el 89% personas naturales. La metodología utilizada tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo con alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, la población fue de 4,259 importadores a nivel nacional y se va tener presencia en Guayaquil, Quito, Cuenca, Manta, Puerto Bolívar, Esmeraldas, Tulcán, Latacunga, Huaquillas y Loja, con una muestra de 353 unidades los servicios prestados serán de asesoría, despacho y logística y transporte de aduanas, para lo cual se necesitó una inversión inicial de $405,577.08 de los cuales $120,000 fue capital propio y financiamiento de $285,577.08, se obtuvo una tasa interna de retorno del 47.01% y un valor actual neto de $306,439.23, cuya recuperación fue en dos años diez meses y veinte días; por tanto se establece que es factible financieramente.
The customs agent is the person qualified to carry out foreign trade operations on behalf of the importer and exporter, the general objective of this business plan was to determine the economic feasibility of establishing a customs agent services company in Guayaquil, to which analyzed the current situation of the industry, where it was established that there are 305 customs agents in which 11% are legal entities and 89% natural persons. The methodology used had a quantitative approach with exploratory and descriptive scope, the population was of 4,259 importers nationwide and it will be present in Guayaquil, Quito, Cuenca, Manta, Puerto Bolívar, Esmeraldas, Tulcán, Latacunga, Huaquillas and Loja, with a sample of 353 units the services provided will be advisory, dispatch and logistics and customs transportation, for which an initial investment of $ 405,577.08 was needed, of which $ 120,000 was equity and financing of $ 285,577.08, an internal rate of return of 47.01% and a net present value of $ 306,439.23, whose recovery was in two years ten months and twenty days; therefore it is established that it is financially feasible.
