En el presente trabajo, se analizan los distintos aspectos que debe tener presente el cargador al momento de realizar una importación por vía marítima, desde sus más remotos antecedentes. También es importante traer en consideración al presente documento, uno de los acuerdos más importantes que Ecuador ha suscrito a nivel internacional que es el Acuerdo Multipartes con la Unión Europea y el impacto que esta produciría con sus preferencias arancelarias a nuestro país con miras al desarrollo económico. Al mismo tiempo, analizar los distintos regímenes de importación que el importador debe tener en consideración al momento de traer mercancías. Lo que se pretende es el estudio de todos aquellos aspectos importantes de la importación que por vía marítima el cargador debe identificar para que sea aplicados y sume para el desarrollo de un país. Existiendo menos restricciones al comercio exterior mayor ventaja competitiva tendremos frente a los países de la región.
In this paper, the different aspects which the charger should be aware at the time of making an import by sea, from its most remote antecedents are analyzed. It is also important to bring in consideration of the present document, one of the most important agreements signed by Ecuador at the international level which is the multipart agreement with the European Union and the impact that this would produce with their tariff preferences to our country economic development. What is intended is the study of all the important aspects of the import by sea charger must identify so applicable and add to the development of a country. There are fewer restrictions on the higher foreign trade competitive advantage we have against the countries of the region. Intends therefore raised analysis, to serve as a starting point to all those interested in it comes to foreign trade.
