El presente trabajo de titulación comprende a un análisis económico – financiero del “Diseño, Financiamiento, Ampliación a 3 carriles, Operación y Mantenimiento de la carretera Loja – Catamayo y enlace al aeropuerto ciudad de Catamayo, de 32,67 Km de longitud” con el objetivo de plantear y mostrar nuevos escenarios que den paso a la determinación de la viabilidad financiera de la concesión, para profundizar aquello es necesaria la implementación del estudio de las concesiones viales, conceptos de evaluación financiera y los posibles beneficios que trae consigo esta concesión a los partícipes. Los análisis fueron desarrollados con información proveniente del MTOP haciendo uso de la información publicada en sus medios digitales sobre el macro – proyecto de concesionar las vías del Ecuador, con esta información fue posible la realización de los distintos flujos de caja tanto el desarrollado bajo los datos directos del MTOP, como los generados a partir de los planteamientos propuestos; con la existencia de estas variaciones y consideraciones se conocerá que tan viable es el proyecto y todos los riesgos que conlleva su ejecución.
This titling work includes an economic-financial analysis of the "Design, Financing, Expansion to 3 lanes, Operation and Maintenance of the Loja - Catamayo highway and link to the Catamayo city airport, 32.67 km long" with the objective of proposing and showing new scenarios that give way to the determination of the financial viability of the concession, to deepen that it is necessary to implement the study of road concessions, concepts of financial evaluation and the possible benefits that this concession brings to the participants. The analyzes were developed with information from the MTOP, making use of the information published in its digital media on the macro-project to concession the roads of Ecuador, with this information it was possible to carry out the different cash flows, both the one developed under the data direct from the MTOP, such as those generated from the proposed approaches; With the existence of these variations and considerations, it will be known how viable the project is and all the risks that its execution entails.
