El estudio realizado en el Restaurante (4 Estrellas) tuvo la finalidad de determinar el grado de estrés laboral en el post confinamiento originado por el COVID 19. Específicamente se trata de una investigación que se desarrolló con información obtenida de las personas en estudio y finalizó con la explicación de los resultados. Desde un enfoque cuantitativo se aplicó el “Cuestionario de Estrés laboral OIT-OMS”, desarrollado por la Organización Internacional del Trabajo y la Organización Mundial de la Salud y validado en Latinoamérica por Samuel Medina Aguilar en el año 2007. Para obtener información de las experiencias, opiniones y relatos acerca de las variables a estudiar e identificar cómo afecto el post confinamiento en los colaboradores. La institución, unidad de análisis, se encuentra ubicado en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Del total de 30 colaboradores que fueron encuestados, que abarca el 100% de la población de estudio; el 80 % presenta un bajo nivel de estrés, lo que podría relacionarse con la atención y respuestas que la organización ha dado a sus necesidades.
The study carried out in the Restaurant (4 stars) had the purpose of determining the degreeof work stress in the post-confinement caused by COVID 19. Specifically it is an investigation that was developed with information obtained from the people under study and ended with the explanation of the results. From a quantitative approach, the “ILO WHO Occupational Stress Questionnaire” developed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organizationand validated in Latin America in 2007 was applied. To obtain information on the experiences, opinions and stories about the variables to study and identify how thepost confinement affects the collaborators. Having as a study population a total of 30 employees of the Restaurant (4 stars) which islocated in the north of the city of Guayaquil. Of the total of 30 collaborators who were surveyed, which covers 100% of the study population; 80% have a low level of stress, which could be related to the attention and responses that the organization has given to their needs.
