El contenido de la presente investigación, mostrara información acerca del mercado ecuatoriano de empresas Pymes, las cuales son las mas representativas tanto en número, aportes en la economía, además de generar fuentes de trabajo interno. La empresa que motivo a realizar este trabajo, es la empresa “Piladora Inaren s.a” , que se ubica en el grupo de las ya mensionadas PYMES, o medianas empresas. A pesar de ser muy importantes, en muchos de los casos, estas compañías no reciben los cuidados debidos para su correcto funcionamiento y servicios brindados. Por lo que se propone, identificar los principales factores que afectan a Inaren S.A, para de acuerdo a ello, hacer un diagnostico que sirva para una reestructuración administartiva y financiera, que de como resultado una mejoría en sus procesos, actividades cotidianas, y fundamentalmente, en los servicios y productos. Con esto se espera aportar para que la compañía sea mas competitiva y tenga mas expectativas de crecimiento en el futuro.
The content of this research will show information about the Ecuadorian market of SME companies, which are the most representative in terms of numbers, contributions in the economy, as well as generating internal labor sources. The company that motivates this work is the company "Piladora Inaren s.a", which is located in the group of the already mentioned SMEs, or medium -sized enterprises. Despite being very important, in many cases, these companies do not receive the proper care for their correct operation and services provided. Therefore, it is proposed to identify the main factors that affect Inaren SA, in order to make a diagnosis that serves as an administrative and financial restructuring, resulting in an improvement in its processes, daily act ivities, and fundamentally, in services and products. With this is expected to contribute to make the company more competitive and have more expectations of growth in the future.
