La presente investigación aparece tras evidenciar la enorme inteorización de conocimiento existente sobre la problemática de MALTRATO INFANTIL específicamente estudiando la aplicación de medidas otorgadas por la Junta Cantonal de Protección de Derechos de Guayaquil, en el caso de maltrato de niños y niñas en el año 2020, la ciudad de Guayaquil, no obstante este escenario no ha conseguido aun la reducción y en el mejor de los casos la erradicación de esta problemática, ya sea por normativas coercitivas que deben disminuir el índice de esta problemática, esta indagación tiene como finalidad generar conocimiento sobre las respuestas por parte de la Junta Cantonal de Protección Integral de Derechos, en la toma de sus decisiones al momento de la intervención de una manera más sistematizada y reflexionando con respecto a la investigación presentada en esta tesis dirigida, sin lugar a duda a la agrupación académica, en la presente investigación hemos trabajado con la teoría ecosistémica de Bronfenbrenner, con la finalidad de obtener una mirada holística sobre la problemática a tratar, contiene un enfoque mixto, la que se da en la agrupación de los enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, buscando una visión a integral que requiere esta problemática, cuya característica representa a este enfoque que se compone de diversos procesos, técnicas y sistemas de los cuales ha permitido elaborar un análisis completo de la problemática. Los resultados de la presente indagación dan a conocer el eminente crecimiento del maltrato de los niños, con una visión netamente interdisciplinaria, en la que coloca en una mejor ubicación al Trabajo Social, como una de las más importantes profesiones para la intervención de manera primaria de esta anomalía de maltrato de los menores.
The present investigation appears after evidencing the enormous integration of existing knowledge on the problem of CHILD ABUSE specifically studying the application of measures granted by the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights of Guayaquil, in the case of child abuse in the year 2020, the city of Guayaquil, However, this scenario has not yet achieved the reduction and in the best of cases the eradication of this problem, either by coercive regulations that should reduce the rate of this problem, this inquiry aims to generate knowledge about the responses by the Cantonal Board of Integral Protection of Rights, In this research we have worked with the ecosystemic theory of Bronfenbrenner, in order to obtain a holistic view of the problem to be treated, It contains a mixed approach, which is given in the grouping of the qualitative and quantitative approaches, looking for an integral vision that this problematic requires, whose characteristic represents this approach that is composed of diverse processes, techniques and systems of which it has allowed to elaborate a complete analysis of the problematic. The results of the present investigation show the eminent growth of child abuse, with a clearly interdisciplinary vision, which places Social Work in a better position as one of the most important professions for the primary intervention of this anomaly of child abuse.
