Description

El terremoto del 16 de abril del 2016 se puso en marcha una serie de proyectos para ciudades que hayan sufrido una mayor pérdida de inmuebles, este es el caso del proyecto de Vivienda Híbrida Progresiva Multifamiliar “Fábrica 0”, en la ciudad de Muisne, Esmeraldas, basado en un estudio del sitio por medio de talleres participativos, poniendo en evidencia la preocupación por una arquitectura que se adapte a las circunstancias contextuales en las que actúa; y a su vez que tenga la capacidad de expandirse progresivamente en el tiempo. El uso de materiales que agilicen el montaje y transporte de las estructuras es de gran importancia dado que optimiza la construcción de las viviendas, lo cual no fuera posible sin la fábrica inicial que distribuye los materiales, estructuras y módulos prefabricados de viviendas. Las circunstancias de catástrofe son oportunidades para poder reorganizar y densifcar las ciudades, dando vivienda digna a quienes no la tenían o la perdieron en la catástrofe.
The earthquake of April 16, 2016 launched a series of projects for cities that have suffered a greater loss of real estate, this is the case of the Multi-Family Progressive Multifamily Housing project “Factory 0”, in the city of Muisne, Esmeraldas , based on a study of the site through participatory workshops, highlighting the concern for an architecture that adapts to the contextual circumstances in which it operates; and at the same time that it has the capacity to expand progressively over time. The use of materials that speed up the assembly and transport of the structures is of great importance since it optimizes the construction of the houses, which would not be possible without the initial factory that distributes the materials, structures and prefabricated housing modules. The circumstances of catastrophe are opportunities to reorganize and densify the cities, giving decent housing to those who did not have it or lost it in the catastrophe.
