Colocación de implantes inmediatos post extracción. Revisión sistemática.

INTRODUCCIÓN: En la actualidad el uso de implantes dentales es la primera y mejor opción para varios pacientes debido a que la tasa de éxito es elevada hasta un 95% siendo lo más importante es la estética y comodidad del paciente. Como requisito esencial se considera la estabilidad primaria, la misma que se obtiene en nuestra primera cita, siendo indispensable para la supervivencia y éxito en el proceso de oseointegración. OBJETIVO: Explicar cuáles son las consideraciones que se deben seguir para tener una buena respuesta biológica en la adaptación de implantes inmediatos post-extracción. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Se presenta un estudio descriptivo cualitativo no experimental, que describe la colocación de implantes inmediatos post extracción en un diseño de investigación no experimental. El estudio se basó en fuentes documentales de donde se obtuvo la información para el estudio a través de los buscadores como Pubmed, Cochran. RESULTADOS: El torque de inserción ideal debe ejercer una fuerza de 35 Ncm; además, el tipo de hueso recomendable para usar es el D2 y D3, si se requiere injerto óseo el mejor es el hueso autólogo para utilizar. CONCLUSIONES: Este tipo de intervención quirúrgica es más aceptada por los pacientes debido a que les devuelve la estética y funcionalidad en menor tiempo. Se recomienda la colocación del implante post extracción al ser un tratamiento altamente exitoso, con pocas complicaciones, disminuyendo el tiempo empleado de tratamiento, siempre que el paciente cumpla con las condiciones requeridas.
INTRODUCTION: Currently, the use of dental implants is the first and best option for several patients due to the high level of success up to 95% being the most important aspects are the aesthetics and the comfort of the patient. An essential requirement is the primary stability that is obtained in the first appointment, and that is key for the survival and success in the osseointegration process. OBJECTIVE: Explain decisions are the considerations that must be followed to have a good biological response in the adaptation of immediate post-extraction implants. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A descriptive, qualitative non-experimental study is presented, which describes the placement of immediate post extraction implants in addition to a non-experimental research design. The study was based on documentary sources found through search engines such as Pubmed, Cochran. RESULTS: The ideal insertion torque should exert a force of 35 Ncm. Furthermore, the recommended type of bone to be used is D2 and D3; if bone graft is required the best one to use is autologous bone. CONCLUSIONS: This type of surgical intervention is more accepted by patients because it restores aesthetics and functionality in less time. Post extraction implant placement is recommended as it is a highly successful treatment with fewer complications, reducing the time taken for treatment, provided that the patient meets the required conditions.
