Análisis comparativo entre hormigones de alta y convencional resistencia para su eficiente uso en edificios de gran altura.

En este trabajo de titulación se realizó una comparación entre dos hormigones de resistencias diferentes, uno de f’c de 350 Kg/cm2 y otro de 600 Kg/cm2, para poder demostrar que podría existir un ahorro a la hora de construir edificios de gran altura, el cual se usó como ejemplo a realizar el redimensionamiento a La Torre The Point, tratando de llegar a un resultado positivo. Se tuvo que realizar ensayos de módulos de elasticidad para los hormigones de alta resistencia y así poder tener un criterio válido para poder realizar el cambio de secciones de los elementos estructurales, dando como resultado elementos más pequeños y por tanto una disminución en el volumen total del edificio. Con los nuevos volúmenes de los elementos de secciones menores, se pudo obtener el costo final de los dos edificios con diferentes tipos de hormigones usando los análisis de precios unitarios que se tuvieron que elaborar para este trabajo.
In this titration work a comparison was made between two concretes of different resistances, one with f'c of 350 Kg/cm2 and another with 600 Kg/cm2, to be able to demonstrate that there could be savings when building high-rise buildings, which for this research was used as an example to resize The Point Tower, trying to reach a positive result. It was necessary to carry out tests of elasticity modules for high strength concretes and with that be able to have a valid criterion to be possible to change sections of the structural elements that will result in smaller elements and therefore a decrease in the total volume of the whole building. With the new volumes of the elements of smaller sections, the final cost of the two kinds of buildings with different types of concrete could be obtained using the unit price analyzes that had to be prepared for this work.
