El presente documento escrito es una mirada a la situación de la educación que se brinda como garantía estatal a los grupos denominados como de necesidades educativas especiales. Poner especial atención a la legalidad con la que se sustenta la educación y su ejercicio dentro del territorio ecuatoriano nos brinda una perspectiva óptima donde estemos dispuestos a corregir, replantear, rectificar políticas que no alimenten el correcto desarrollo de la educación. La atención está destinada a este grupo que dentro del territorio ecuatoriano considerado como vulnerable, se constituye desde la legalidad en la constitución ecuatoriana y está sujeto a garantías especiales tal como lo determina la ley. El atender y poseer un listado que sea eficaz brinda la oportunidad de obtener un resultado óptimo y alcanzar la inserción efectiva de este grupo humano al ámbito laboral cumpliendo así con una normativa empresarial existente la misma que ubica la obligatoriedad de contratación del 3% del personal enrolado de entre sus colaboradores. Sin embargo, la realidad ecuatoriana se acerca a la inclusión a pasos firmes con la certeza de enriquecer el profesionalismo docente y por ende el mejor desarrollo de un proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje atendiendo necesidades educativas especiales.
This written document is a look at the situation of education that is provides as a state guarantee to groups designated as special educational needs. Paying special attention to the legality with wich education is sustained and its exercise within the Ecuadorian territory gives us an optimal perspective where we are willing to correct, rethink and rectify polices that do not fit the proper development of education. The attention is directed to a group that within the Ecuadorian territory is considered vulnerable, is constituted from the legality in the Ecuadorian Constitution and is subject to special guarantees as determined by law. Possessing a list that is effective provides the opportunity to obtain an optimal result and achieve the effective insertion of this human group into the workplace, thus complying with and existing bussies regulation that places the mandatory hiring of 3% of the company staff from among his collaborators. However the Ecuadorian reality is approaching the inclusion at firm steps with the certainty of enriching the professionalism of teaching and therefore the best development of a teaching and learning process attending to special educational needs.
