La presente investigación propone la elaboración de un manual de rutinas técnicas para la operación de la subestación Chorrillos 500 kV, por lo que se basó en la ausencia de adquisición de información de los diferentes equipos que poseen instrumentos de medición de la subestación, por ese motivo se realizó un levantamiento técnico detallado de los equipos que dispongan instrumentos de medición por medio una revisión de manuales de los fabricantes de los equipos eléctricos, con la finalidad de evitar o minimizar mantenimientos correctivos y poder realizar mantenimientos preventivos para garantizar la disponibilidad y el buen funcionamiento de los diferentes equipos de la subestación. Está desarrollado en dos partes: la parte teórica y la elaboración del manual. La primera parte contiene la importancia de un manual técnico con sus respectivos conceptos, tipos y criterios para su elaboración. En la sección de aportaciones abarca el levantamiento físico, revisión documental y el diseño de las rutinas diarias, semanales y mensuales para tener como resultado la elaboración del manual de rutinas técnicas operativas.
The current investigation offers the elaboration of a guidebook with technical routines to operate The Chorrillos 500 kV Substation. The non-existence of information about the management of the different equipment with measurement instruments at the substation lead to the development of this guide. For the development of the guidebook, it was necessary a detailed and accurate technical evaluation of the equipment that have measurement instruments, the evaluation was carried out by means of a review of the manuals of the electrical equipment manufacturers. As a result of the evaluation, this will guarantee a successful equipment performance and it will ensure its proper operation and availability; besides this, a suitable analysis will help to avoid or to reduce the corrective maintenance of the different equipment at the substation. The guidebook was developed in two sections: The first section is the theoretical part; this contains the importance of having a technical guidebook, the corresponding principles, types, and the criteria for its development. The second part covers the physical evaluation, the review and analysis report of the periodical routines, to obtain the proper operational guide.
