Es formidable el crecimiento mundial al que nos enfrentamos a diario, un crecimiento en donde la multiplicidad de los vínculos contractuales modernos y las diversas relaciones comerciales cada vez es mayor, aumentado las posibilidades de expandir mercados tanto locales como internacionales y de esta manera contribuyendo a un mejor desarrollo económico. Es de vital importancia tener en cuenta que la globalización y el libre comercio evidencian la necesidad de generar nuevas formas de relaciones comerciales o de crear empresas sostenibles con el afán de forjar autoempleos, dinamizar la economía y fortalecer el comercio de una ciudad o de un país. Por esta razón, por medio del presente trabajo se dará a conocer los aspectos básicos de la franquicia, contrato moderno, de gran auge hace algunos años, que nos permita entender el génesis y desarrollo del contrato de franquicia.
The world growth that we face every day is formidable, a growth where the multiplicity of modern contractual links and the various trade relations is growing, increasing the chances of expanding markets, both local and international and thus contributing to a better economic development. It is vital to bear in mind that globalization and free trade show the need to generate new forms of trade relations or to create sustainable enterprises with the aim of forging self-employment, dynamizing the economy and strengthening the trade of a city or a country. For this reason, through this work will explain the basic aspects of the franchise, a modern contract, with a boom in recent years, that allow us to understand the genesis and development of the franchise contract.
