El trabajo de titulación abordó el tema de diseño e implementación de un aplicativo móvil que facilite la creación, modificación y visualización de las fichas de evaluación ATC – 20 en sitios de estructuras, ya que se presentaban inconvenientes en el proceso del levantamiento de información. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue diseñar e implementar un aplicativo móvil que facilite el control de estos documentos que son usados sitios de estructuras luego de algún fenómeno natural que pudiera haber comprometido la seguridad. Para cumplir la meta, se utilizó una metodología con tipo de investigación descriptiva y enfoque metodológico cualitativo, debido a que la situación fue investigada y analizada para así comprender el contexto general en el que se encontraba la carrera. Luego de haber recopilado la información se procedió a desarrollar el aplicativo con la combinación de herramientas necesarias, concluyendo así que para la creación de este tipo de proyectos se deben de definir los requerimientos necesarios por el usuario para que así la planeación sea efectiva ya que cualquier cambio en la programación toma su tiempo por la conexión entre los módulos del mismo.
The degree work addressed the design and implementation of a mobile application that facilitates the creation, modification and visualization of the ATC – 20 evaluation sheets in structure sites, since there were inconveniences in the information gathering process.. The main objective of the research was to design and implement a mobile application that facilitates the control of these documents that are used in structural sites after some natural phenomenon that could have compromised safety To achieve the goal, a methodology with a descriptive research type and a qualitative methodological approach was used, because the situation was investigated and analyzed in order to understand the general context in which the career was located. After the compilation of the information, the application was developed with the combination of the necessary tools, concluding that, for the creation of this type of projects, the necessary requirements must be defined by the user at the beginning so that the planning is effective since any change in programming takes time due to the connection between its modules.
