El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en analizar los establecimientos de Alimentos y Bebidas del Sector Los Arbolitos, ubicado en la Parroquia Satélite La Aurora para identificar sus falencias y proponer un plan de mejoras. Se aplicaron tres herramientas, la técnica de la observación para poder determinar la situación actual en la que se encuentran los establecimientos; a su vez se realizó una entrevista y encuestas a los habitantes de esta parroquia. Luego de realizar este análisis se determinó que los restaurantes son pocos conocidos por los propios habitantes y las personas que sí los han visitado no se muestran satisfechas con diversos factores tales como higiene, seguridad, atención al cliente. Por este motivo, es importante realizar una propuesta de un Plan de Mejoras con estrategias diseñadas para cada necesidad, de esta manera, se logrará mejorar los establecimientos, convertirlos en restaurantes conocidos, aportando al sector turístico y favorablemente a la economía del cantón Daule.
The present research work consists of analyzing the Food and Beverage establishments of the Los Arbolitos Sector, located in La Aurora, Satélite Parish to identify their lacks and propose an improvement plan. The research technique applied were the observation technique, interviews and surveys. The observation is important to determine the current situation of the businesses, also an interview was made and surveys applied to the residents of La Aurora. This analysis was determined that the restaurants are quite known by the residents themselves and the people who have visited them are not satisfied with various factors such as hygiene, security, customer service. As a result, it is important to make a proposal for an Improvement Plan with strategies designed for each need, in this way, it will be possible to improve the establishments, convert them into known restaurants, contributing to the tourism sector and favorably to the economy of the Daule canton.
