Equity Arbitration is one of the oldest institutions for the administration of justice. Since the origin of humanity, including the bible, there were stories were an impartial party was appealed to resolve a conflict according to the best of his or her knowledge and belief. In Rome and Greece, people also talked about arbitrators, who resolved and decided when the parties didnt reach to agreements regarding to any particular issue. Meanwhile the civilizations got developed and time consecrated the arbitration institution as a mechanism of conflicts solutions, in which the parties freely and voluntarily resign to the competent jurisdiction and decide to submit their controversies to the decision of one or several third parties.
El arbitraje en Equidad es una de las instituciones más antiguas de administración de justicia. Desde los orígenes de la humanidad, ya que en la biblia, hay historias en las que se recurría ante un tercer imparcial, para que, según su leal saber y entender resolviera un conflicto. En Roma y en Grecia también se hablaba de Árbitros, que resolvían y decidían cuando las partes no se ponían de acuerdo respecto a algo en particular. Es así como a medida en que las civilizaciones se iban desarrollando y con el paso del tiempo se va consagrando la institución arbitral, como un mecanismo de solución de conflictos, en el que las partes libre y voluntariamente renuncian a la jurisdicción que les compete y deciden someter sus controversias a la decisión de uno o varios terceros...
