Description

The objective of this study was to determine the feasibility of establishing UDLA Veterinary Clinic, which will provide an optimal infrastructure for student practice of veterinary medicine, and will provide a quality service to the community focused on the welfare of their pets. This study was based on field research, interviews and surveys, and these were the basis for a descriptive study. UDLA community supports the idea of creating the Veterinary Clinic, considering their students will have a place to put into practice their knowledge. Families living in nearby areas also support this project; because of the proximity of the center which will provide an easier veterinary care for their pets. The services provided by UDLA Veterinary Clinic, will be: consultation, surgery, hospitalization and pharmaceutical products, the prices have been set based on the prices of the market...
El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar la factibilidad para el establecimiento de la Clínica Veterinaria UDLA; la que brindará una infraestructura óptima para la práctica estudiantil de los alumnos de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia; y, prestará un servicio de calidad a la comunidad enfocado hacia el bienestar de sus animales de compañía. Este estudio se basó en una investigación de campo; mediante entrevistas y encuestas, las mismas que fueron la base para un estudio de carácter descriptivo. La comunidad universitaria UDLA apoya la iniciativa de la creación de la Clínica Veterinaria UDLA, ya que con ello los estudiantes de la carrera de Medicina veterinaria dispondrán de un lugar donde poner en práctica los conocimientos teóricos...
