Propuesta interiorista del nuevo centro comercial y supermercados F.A.E. en la ciudad de Quito

Description: This paper presents a new approach that recovers and rehabilitates interior a building trade, which has been neglected and despised with the passage of time, without changing its current use to improve aesthetic and functional interior spaces, making them more attractive and comfortable for recreational of its users, generating interest, creating new sensations and inviting the audience to keep going to the same place. Being a well-known building and a long transcendence without being operated, it is very convenient, refreshing and necessary renewal through an innovative shopping center to revive the trade in this area.
El presente trabajo plantea una nueva propuesta interiorista que recupera y rehabilita una edificación de comercio, que ha sido descuidada y menospreciada con el paso del tiempo, sin cambiar su uso actual, mejorando estética y funcionalmente sus espacios interiores, haciéndolos más atractivos, recreativos y confortables para sus usuarios, generando mayor interés, creando nuevas sensaciones e invitando a la concurrencia a seguir acudiendo al mismo. Al ser una edificación muy conocida, con una larga trascendencia sin haber sido intervenida, es muy conveniente, refrescante y necesaria una renovación por medio de un nuevo Centro Comercial moderno e innovador que reactive al comercio de la zona.
