La plata de producción y lugar de entrega de postres, estará ubicado en el valle de Cumbayá, ya que únicamente se manejará esta zona para la repartición de productos. El servicio de postres a domicilio ha sido poco explorado por la población quiteña, por lo que se aprovechará esta ventaja para ingresar al mercado de manera consistente y fuerte.
