I chose the rehabilitation of a house to a restaurant because there is a need to build a public space with sufficient infrastructure of water, electricity and all the additional services that are required in the Valle de los Chillos Valle where it can provide a space to relax, enjoy nature, and provide entertainment to family or group of friends. The project is about a restaurant I chose a villa in which there is a big central house that is going to be modified for the restaurant. It is a house that has a space that can be unified for the necessary purpose. It has a large plot of approximately three hectares in which it will be influenced and adapted for walking, BBQ, swimming pool, etc. It also contains enough space for parking and is easily accessible. This project will convert the current Quinta into a very attractive place to receive tourism groups from abroad and from the interior of the country. By providing all the facilities and converting it into such a welcoming place, a permanent assistance of tourists is assured and the interest of travel agencies that have a place of unparalleled conditions to take their customers must be aroused.
Escogí la rehabilitación de una vivienda a restaurante porque existe la necesidad de construir un espacio público con la infraestructura suficiente de agua, luz y todos los servicios adicionales que se requieren en el Valle de Los Chillos donde se pueda brindar un espacio para relajarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza, brindar entretenimiento a la familia o grupo de amigos. El proyecto trata sobre un restaurante escogí una quinta en la cual hay una casa grande central que es la que se va a modificar para el restaurante. Es una casa que tiene un espacio que se lo puede unificar para el propósito necesario. Tiene un gran terreno de aproximadamente tres hectáreas en el cual se va a influenciar y adaptar para caminarías, BBQ, piscina, etc. Además contiene suficiente espacio para parqueaderos y es de fácil acceso. Este proyecto convertirá a la actual quinta en un lugar muy atractivo para recibir grupos turísticos procedentes tanto del extranjero como del interior del país. Al brindar todas las facilidades y convertirla en un lugar tan acogedor, se asegura una permanente asistencia de turistas y se debe despertar el interés de agencias de viajes que cuenten con un lugar de inigualables condiciones para llevar a sus clientes.
